*Are Wedding Programs and Bulletins the same thing? 
 Yes they are

*What is the Weight of the paper? 
 All our paper is a 26 lb. paper (Not a card stock but heavier than your regular printing paper)

*What Size is the program/bulletin? 
 All our programs are 8.5 X 11 unfolded.

*Do the programs come in a Card Stock? 
 Only the custom programs can.

*How Long will it take to Receive my order of blank programs? 
 All orders are usually shipped out within 24 hours VIA USPS Priority Mail (US Mail) and will arrive in your mail box in 2-5 days ground shipping.  If we are out of stock, it can take up to 2 weeks to ship.  You can email us at  wedding@divineweddingdesigns.net to check the availability. or call 252-330-8039 to confirm availablity.

 *Can your company Alter the Picture or Wording on the front of program/bulletin? 
 No, they come to us pre-printed.   In some cases, we can add to the front cover a name and/or date at an additional cost of $5.00 for b/w  printing or $7.95 for color printing.

*Product number U6224 has no wording on the front.  Can I add my own wording? 
 Yes

*Is the Picture only on the Front Cover? 
 Yes, unless it is a panoramic picture (picture carries to the back of the program) 
  
   

- Printing Your Programs/Bulletins -

*Can Printing be done on the Back of the program/bulletin? 
 Yes, unless it is a panoramic program (picture carries to the back of the program) and the picture does not allow it.

*Is there an Extra Charge for printing on the Back of the program/bulletin? 
 No.

*What is the Cost of Printing? 
 $25.95 per 100 for b/w or $49.95 per 100 for color

*Can I add a Photograph picture to my program? 
 Yes, as long as there is enough room.

*Does it cost Extra to add a Photograph picture to my program/bulletin? 
 Yes, please call the help desk for a quote

*Will I be able to receive a Proof before my program/bulletin is printed? 
 Yes, we will not print any order until your proof is approved via fax.

*What is the Time Frame for Printing an order?
 It can be a little as the same day or as much as several days...every order is different.
 If you follow our printing instructions, your order can be ready for printing much sooner.
 To save time, make sure all your information is correct the first time it is sent.  Updates and revisions will slow the process down.

*How do I Send my Information to you?
 You will need to place your information on our template we provided with the program
 Once you have done that, you can email it to us:  wedding@divineweddingdesigns.net Please make sure your name daytime phone number and any instructions are included on the email.

*Do I have to request my wedding program cover to be printed in Color?
 No, the program covers are already in color (except the ones that you see in black/white). 
  
  
 - Inserts -

*What is an Insert? 
 An insert is an extra page for your program if you need extra room because you have more information than what the space will allow.

*What is a Full Page Insert verses a Half Page Insert? 
 A full page insert is 8.5 X 11 (same size as the program/bulletin itself)
 A half page insert is 8.5 X 5.5 (half the size of the program/bulletin itself)

*What is the Weight of the Insert? 
 It is the same as the program...26lb.

*Do the Inserts Match each individual program/bulletin? 
 No, they do not.  We only have two styles...floral background and plain white

*Will your company Attach my Insert for me? 
 No, that is left up to you.  You will need to decide if they will be left loose or attached with ribbon,  tassels or stapled.  If you choose tassels or ribbons, you will know best how to match the color you need.

*Do I have to have an Insert or can I Print Directly on the Program/Bulletin? 
 You can print directly on the program itself.
