We have two shipping options for internet orders:

1) USPS Priority Mail arrives in 2-4 business days. (US Mail)
     Flat Rate $8.50, ships entire order regardless of quantity.
     This is standard shipping for all orders shipped within the 
     Continguous United States if  "Special Handling" is not requsted. 

2) We also offer 2nd-day and Overnight shipping VIA Fed-Ex.        

    The charges are as follows:  2nd-day $27.50 and Overnight $47.50

Orders received after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Returns

Programs are returnable for a full refund within 21 days of purchase provided they are not custom printed and are unopened and are in original condition (undamaged...please pack them in the appropriate packing materials so they will not be damaged in transit...we strongly advise not to use the mailing envelopes and to make sure the programs are not shaking in the box...they will hit the sides and bend) (Custom printed orders are not returnable).

And your purchase price will be refunded, less shipping.
